Live Counting of votes for recognition election in railways begins
1) Counting of votes for recognition election of South Eastern Railway Union has begun in Chakradharpur. As part of the counting of votes being held in various Railway Divisions and Workshops of South Eastern Railway, counting of votes has begun on Thursday in Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium of Chakradharpur Railway Division under the supervision of Election Officer, RPF, Chorus Commando and CCTV cameras.
On this occasion, officials and workers of five unions contesting the elections are also present. Election Officer cum Senior Personnel Officer of Chakradharpur Railway Division Dr. Rishabh Sinha, AD RM Vinay Kujur, DPO Amarendra Nath Mishra along with other election officers including RP Thana Incharge Vikram Singh and a large number of RPF male and female employees are present.

2) In the elections related to the recognition of unions in the railways in Ambala. The Northern Railway Men’s Union (NRMU) has won by 589 votes. On the basis of the percentage of votes, both the unions will now be granted recognition by the railways and they will also be able to solve the problems related to railway employees.

North Western Railway Mazdoor Sangh (UPRMS) has got a historic victory from Jaipur areas. This union has been number one in the North Western Railway Zone. North Western Railway Mazdoor Sangh and North Western Railway Employees Union have been in second place. Who have got this recognition and a tough fight has been seen between both the unions. Railway Mazdoor Sangh has got 5 percent votes, whereas North Western Railway Mazdoor Sangh has got 15853 votes. North Western Railway Employees Union has got 37 percent votes. Railway Employees Union has got 1541 votes.
