Budget provision is not the reason

In December Employees will get the first installment of arrears
You already know that this process of increase in dearness allowance. It has been going on since the beginning of the year i.e. January 2024. But it was paid from the salary of October i.e. November. The amount of difference in dearness allowance from January to September. It is to be paid in four equal installments (DA Arrears). The first installment will be given in December. The amount of the second January, third February and fourth installment will come in the accounts in March 2025. In this way, all the pending arrears of the employees will be cleared.
